PHOTAVIA’s commitment to working with young talent and creating opportunities for people of all genders, races and abilities has been part of our mission from day one. President/CEO/CCO Joe Hausch has been involved with interns and internships since 1986 and he has mentored dozens of creative talent over those years.
Since 2015, Joe has developed relationships with two agencies in the southeastern Wisconsin area that focus on creating opportunities for people with various abilities. Both Adonai Employment, Inc. and Pathways Employment Services work with Wisconsin’s DVR(Department of Vocational Rehabilitation) to make these relationships and opportunities for employers and potential employees all possible. They offer two different types of programs, PHOTAVIA has been involved with programs that are 90 days full employment situations that are completely funded through the DVR.
We have utilized over 39 months of employment from eight individuals to this point and we are always open and looking for possible placements.
