Does your brand need a refresh or do you just have a specific creative project, marketing or video need? The PHOTAVIA Creative Services Group would love to assist. Our talented team has years of experience working with and serving clients in just about any market you can imagine.
We can help you with marketing and creative consulting, design, signage, tradeshow exhibits, branding, video content, advertising and social media to name just a few.
Our group of creative individuals and associates allow us to be rather flexible in scale and scope. From writing to websites, product development to PR, we have members within our PHOTAVIA network group that allow us to function as a virtual hybrid marketing/design/PR agency. With the skill set of the individuals we’ve worked with, there is really not much that we can’t tackle.
Let’s say on a special event for instance, this is a great example of where we can pitch in at many levels and provide great value. From planning the event, creating the invitation, organizing food and vendors, booking entertainment, business theater activities, securing the venue and working the day of the event, we can cover it all.
You get decades of experience in design, marketing, business ownership and entrepreneurial experience in a one-stop-shopping environment.
With current clients in Entertainment, Hospitality, and the Food & Beverage world PHOTAVIA recently assisted with a World Premiere Special Event to Benefit the Alzheimer’s Association, creating ad/video content and brand related support materials for an award winning hotel and preparing for a rebranding of a restaurant.

Bill Appleby, Director of Events, Project Planner/Coordinator
Bill knows how to put on an event. From gallery openings to concert promotion, Bill’s dreams turn into reality. The real big picture: His father was a very fine amateur photographer, so Bill had an appreciation for art all of his youth and decided to open a gallery dedicated to fine photography. He represented the LIFE Picture collection, as one of only 8 galleries in the world. He then helped establish the first collection of the embossed LIFE Picture Collection prints which are licensed and printed by only one printer in the world. For five years he observed people reacting to the work and the impact the LIFE Picture Collection; and those observations sparked an idea.
“The power of photography cannot be denied.” Bill had years of “aha” moments and experiences in the gallery, some people came in almost weekly; many to see all that was new. Others just came to stand and stare at their favorite photograph.
Bill’s hope and Mission as our Founder is to make PHOTAVIA® a global company which will have the power to influence, engage, educate and ultimately make the world a better place.
